At Futvex, we aim to deliver your order efficiently and transparently.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Important: For customized products (such as personalized shirts), additional processing time is required. These items are made to order and may take 3–6 business days for production before shipping. This extended handling time applies only to personalized products.
2. Shipping Methods
Shipping options available at checkout may include:
- Standard Shipping
- Express Shipping
Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location:
- Domestic: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Note: Delivery times for personalized products should be considered in addition to the 3–6 business day production time.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
5. International Shipping
Futvex ships internationally where available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact contact@futvex.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
