1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All original tags must be attached

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at contact@futvex.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using the provided instructions.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact contact@futvex.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
